Manager, Software Engineering

• Optimize development processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Prioritize critical initiatives and monitor team performance to align with business goals.
• Assign and reallocate responsibilities within the team to balance workload demands effectively.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to hands-on development work if required.
• Drive recruitment, training, and career development programs to foster a motivated and high-performing team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of development and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, with knowledge of SAFe as an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of team development.
• Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Mainframe experience is an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to see the bigger picture.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
