As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join their team and drive success in the DACH market.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect and build relationships with potential clients in the DACH region, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, using a consultative selling approach to address client needs and pain points.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the B2B Sales, landscape in the DACH region to position our SaaS solutions as the go-to choice for businesses seeking robust security solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer onboarding.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the security or tech industry.
  • Native level German speaker or C2 level and professional level of English.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and a network of contacts within the region.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for sales, technology, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and embrace change.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads and opportunities.
