About the Team
The Data Solutions & Measurement team is a highly skilled international engineering group responsible for building scalable data integration, measurement, and analytics systems used by major enterprise customers. The team operates in a distributed environment and places strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, technical excellence, and collaboration.
This opportunity is well suited for senior engineers who enjoy solving complex backend and data engineering challenges, influencing architecture decisions, and driving technical direction in systems operating at global scale.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable backend systems and data integration platforms
- Architect cloud-native services supporting measurement, analytics, and data processing workloads
- Drive technical decisions around distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and integration services connecting external partners and enterprise customers
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across international teams
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Improve operational excellence, observability, automation, and system resiliency
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Java and backend development
- Experience working with Python and data-processing applications
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Strong experience designing scalable APIs and backend platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
Nice to Have
- Spring Boot and microservices experience
- AWS ecosystem knowledge
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Databricks, Spark, Hive, or similar big data technologies
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and cloud storage platforms
- Technical leadership or architecture experience
