Job Description

We are looking for Sales Account Executive – DACH  (Mid-market) to join our client - a fast-growing cloud-based SaaS software company that belongs to the important players in the market in Europe. They are helping to save the planet by digitizing an industry that isn´t at the maturity level of using technology as other industries.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using proven and structured sales methodologies, you'll close SaaS deals with companies and industries tailored to your needs.
  • Develop and execute a dynamic and results-driven sales strategy for capturing new clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Generate high-quality leads in your designated industries within DACH  and expertly qualify them to build a strong sales pipeline. Support will be provided by our dedicated Business Development and Marketing Teams.
  • Transform customer business needs into golden opportunities by discovering and analyzing them.
  • Demonstrate the undeniable value of our proposition throughout the sales cycle through ROI exercises.
  • With the backing of our Pre-Sales team, deliver captivating product demonstrations, craft compelling proposals, and successfully close contracts.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • You are an experienced B2B Sales professional, especially in SaaS
  • Value selling methodologies are one of your areas of expertise also as an understanding of a variety of industries.
  • Networking, hunting for new customer relationships, and confidently engaging with senior managers and executives (C-level) are an important part.
  • You thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, where adaptability is key.
  • You are self-driven, dynamic, resilient, and relentlessly focused on achieving results. Your motivation is a passion for making an impact.
  • Effective communication.
  • A native German speaker and English professional level is a must.
