 AI/ML Engineer

📍 Prague (preferred) / Remote within the Czech Republic

We are currently hiring several AI/ML Engineers for an innovative global technology company operating in the market research and data intelligence space. The company connects businesses with hundreds of millions of respondents across more than 150 countries and is investing heavily in AI to transform how insights are generated.

As part of a brand-new Synthetic Data Platform, you'll help build production-grade machine learning models that understand and simulate human survey responses. This is a greenfield initiative with significant visibility and impact across the business.

What you'll be working on:

• Designing, training and deploying production ML models
• Building solutions using both classical ML and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Fine-tuning open-weight models (LoRA, PEFT, distillation)
• Designing experiments, evaluating model performance and continuously improving results
• Collaborating closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Product Managers

What we're looking for:

• Python programming skills
• Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics and algorithms
• Experience with classical ML methods (e.g. Gradient Boosting, SVM)
• Knowledge of LLMs and Transformer architectures
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problems
