We are currently seeking experienced Principal Backend Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of a highly scalable testing platform used by top-tier enterprises. In this role, you will help build robust solutions that support millions of users, simulate real-world conditions, and ensure optimal application performance under various scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within an Agile team, delivering high-quality features and actively participating in backlog grooming sessions.
• Ensure the long-term stability of our solutions by implementing comprehensive test coverage for all developed functionality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and interoperability of backend services.
• Develop and maintain critical backend utilities to ensure smooth operation of internal services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• 7+ years of expert-level experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with additional languages such as Java, Node.js, or Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Experience with end-to-end test automation of backend services.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
