They are on a mission to simplify compliance for businesses through their cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions. Their platform enables organizations to automate, streamline, and accelerate their compliance processes, ensuring they stay secure and regulatory-ready. As a fast-growing startup, they’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand their footprint in the DACH market.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the DACH region through outbound outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team to close.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the DACH region to craft effective outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring that all lead activity is tracked and followed up.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads and setting up sales demos for Account Executives.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in German (native speaker or C2 level) and English (professional level).
  • A passion for sales, technology, and compliance with a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or similar sales software.
